This project consisted of the removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roofs on (13) structures, totaling 250 squares, and to remove and replace the standing seam metal roof system installed on the Tyler Bend Visitors Center, approximately 65 squares. The project had many unique challenges. Two of the most challenging aspects were that the facilities remained operable and accessible to the public. The second being the remote location of the facilities. Compass Constructors was able to overcome these challenges and provide an extremely successful project delivery with no disruption to the public facilities or visitors. Due to careful coordination, Compass Constructors achieved final completion more that a month ahead of schedule.
