This project consisted of a design/build renovation of and existing building for the construction of a new operations center. Compass facilitated the design work with Barker and Associates/American Structurepoint. The specific features of work contained within the project were design, engineering, demolition, interior framing, drywall, painting, electrical, communication, mechanical ductwork, mechanical piping, fire protection, fire alarm, IDS, STC-50 doors and hardware, raised flooring, acoustical ceilings. The space meets the DODM 5200 requirements for collateral secret.
