This was a short order procurement with the United States Army Corps of Engineers – Kansas City District. Given the fact that the monolithic joints were allowing water to infiltrate the operations center, this was a quick turn-around and executed repair.  Specifically, the pre-existing monolithic dam joints were removed, joints cleaned, and new joints installed.
