This project consisted of the rehabilitation and repair of the existing Facilities 7090 and 7091 JP-8 fuel off-loading rack and loading rack. Specifically, it included removal, replacement, and reconfiguration of existing JP-8 fuel piping. The project also included a significant amount of civil concrete replacement and repairs. This project also incorporated Design-Build for the Civil construction. Compass oversaw the Civil Design and Implementation of said design. The specific features of work contained within the project were mechanical process piping, demolition of existing structures, concrete placement, electrical repair/replacement, jet fuel resistant coatings, pipe coatings, structural steel supports, and fuel system commissioning.
